I had to manually change many settings to make it "work". <br /> <br /> (2) When it works, it is very sloooooooow, especially when you want to scan something directly into your PC. You may type faster than using this pen with much higher accuracy. <br /> <br /> (3) The instruction booklet does not match what one sees on the product. You get lost after following the instructions. <br /> <br />(4) The driver coming with the package does not work with Vista 64 bit, but the correct driver is nowhere to fine, unless the company sends you a link. After I installed the "correct" driver, it still did not work well. <br /> <br />(5) The company claims that it can scan Chinese characters into PC, but instead it only sent alien codes from outer space into my PC. This product is basically a failure for the following reasons:

(1) Installation is very confusing. When it is done, nothing works. I had to manually change many settings to make it “work”.

(2) When it works, it is very sloooooooow, especially when you want to scan something directly into your PC. You may type quicker than using this pen with much higher accuracy.

(3) The instruction booklet does not match what one sees on the product. You get lost after following the instructions.

(4) The driver coming with the package does not work with Vista 64 bit, but the right driver is nowhere to fine, unless the company sends you a link. After I installed the “right” driver, it still did not work well.

(5) The company claims that it can scan Chinese characters into PC, but instead it only sent alien codes from outer space into my PC. I called the company, but was told they could not read Chinese; and therefore, they could not help!
