Transfering to PC nearly impossible

I have seen lousy products before, but this one beats them by a mile. I can live with so-so accuracy, speed, but trying to transfer scanned text to PC is like a trying to communicate with a lost satellite in the space. I cannot believe that in this age and time, where you would take for granted connecting any electronic device to PC, that a product like this would really come to market. I must have spent over 10 hours to make this work. For my use, the scanning is not terrible, really better for what I had paid for, which is why gets a one star, but PC interface for the device seem more like an after thought.

This pen stop working within 2 days of my buy!
I’m still having a hard time trying to get in contact with the manufactory! Do not buy this item. It will be a waste of time and money!

It works most of the time, sometimes scanning too quick messes things up, haven’t been able to test the Infra Red caperbilities yet, but i assume they work.
Typing is proberbly much quicker, as scanning can take a while, unless of course you cannot type in a tight space.
All in all it’s ok, honestly basic but it depends on what you need it for.
I reckon it works best for lots of small bits of info, as opposed to large sections of text.
