However, every time I want to export the images from the scanner to my Vista laptop hard drive, I had to export 1 image at a time, cuz if I export a group of them, they will all be corrupted and not viewable. I don't believe it's a Vista issue, and had to return the scanner and got hit with a 15% restocking fee. If you want to try it, please make sure you pick "Item doesn't work" when you return it, cuz returning it with a "item doesn't work as expected" will make you a 15% poorer. Excellent for portability, horrible software
