The Portable Pen Scanner was founded by Tomas Bright who spent 10 years working at one of the largest manufactures of Scanners in the World. Tomas worked as a tester and has many years of experience when it comes to understanding the technicalities and features of Pen Scanners. A few years ago Tomas retired and chose to place together the portable pen scanner web site where he shares his knowledge and reviews hundreds of pen scanners.
